Sykia (Greek: Συκιά or Συκέα) is a village and a community in the western part of the Larissa regional unit, Thessaly, Greece. It is part of the municipal unit of Potamia within the municipality Elassona. The community Sykia consists of the villages Sykia and Kalyvia Analypseos. The population in 2001 was 679 for the village and 820 for the community.
Kalyvia Analypseos was founded by refugees from Asia Minor that arrived during the Greco-Turkish War (also known as the Asia Minor Catastrophe).
